O'Connor Leads UKIPT Isle of Man Final Table

It's final table time at UKIPT Isle of Man, and the line-up promises not to disappoint. There are 8 players left in contention for the £94,090 top prize, and if the antics of Day 3 are anything to go by then competition will be ruthless.
PokerStars qualifier Jamie O'Connor will be going in with the chip lead with 1,243,000. O'Connor played a blinding game on Day 3, including correctly laying down ace-king in the face of a five-bet shove from Chris Jonat, who later showed Kings. However, he will no doubt have to work hard to keep that lead, since Duncan McLellan (1,161,000) and Daniel Stacey (1,087,000) are hot on his heels.
Anyone watching will know that Stacey spent much of Day 3 absolutely bulldozing his table, and by the time he pulled his stack up to a hefty 1.7m the formidable Brit was looking unstoppable. However, some late misfortune saw him lose a cool million in one fell swoop when his ace-queen couldn't find any luck against McLellan's ace-king.
Team PokerStars SportsStar Pro Fatima Moreira de Melo is still in, despite a tumultuous recent run. At one point, the Dutch pro looked to be circling the drain when her stack dipped below ten big blinds, but she managed to double up after winning a flip with deuces and currently sits at about 20BB.
The action kicks off again at 13:00 CET and if O'Connor continues to play his A-game, then it might be difficult to topple him - but the chip counts are close, and realistically anything could happen.
