November Nine Odds Released

Tuesday, 22 July 2014

Now that the dust has had time to settle and the nine finalists are safely back in their hometowns it's time to look forward to this year's WSOP Main Event final table and, more importantly, predict who will win.

Over the last few days a slew of online betting sites, including bet365, have put together their latest list of betting lines and odds for the November Nine.

Taking into account each player's stack and table position the average market dynamics has the chip leader Jorryt van Hoof, who has 38,375,000 chips, with the shortest odds.

With most vendors the Dutchman is priced at 13/5 which is a few points better than his closest rival, Felix Stephensen, who is rated at a 7/2 shot for the title.

Back-to-back November Niner Mark Newhouse is 9/2 to complete one of the most impressive WSOP Main Event performances in recent memory and if you fancy backing the underdog, Bruno Politano, then you can get around 16/1 in the current market.

A number of interesting stories are waiting to be written during this year's finale, including Mark Newhouse's battle for a place in WSOP folklore and Martin Jacobson's quest for his first bracelet.

Indeed, despite having multiple titles to his name, Jacobson has yet to sample success in Vegas. However, with almost 15 million chips going into the final table and arguably one of the best tournament records of the final nine, he could be a great outside bet at 8/1.

WSOP November Nine Betting Odds (bet365):

Jorryt van Hoof - 13/5
Felix Stephensen - 7/2
Mark Newhouse - 9/2
Andoni Larrabe - 7/1
Dan Sindelar - 7/1
Martin Jacobson - 8/1
Will Pappaconstantinou - 10/1
William Tonking - 12/1
Bruno Politano - 16/1
