New Sunday tournament at PokerStars – the Sunday Kickoff

We love PokerStars but hate the fact that if you want to play halfway decent in the Sunday Million, you’re up all night. Fortunately PokerStars feel our pain and despite their already-packed Sunday tournament schedule they have introduced yet another – the $50,000 guaranteed $109 entry Sunday Kickoff.

The game starts at 8am on the PokerStars clock which means you can expect few US players to participate. However, with a 2pm GMT kickoff the Kickoff is a good chance to, well, kick off your Sunday grind. To be honest, we expect more than the 500 players it requires so don’t get your hopes up for an overlay.


Especially considering that this Saturday, PokerStars are hosting an $11 satellite with 100 seats for the event guaranteed. It’s a great chance to turn $11 into a five-figure score.
