While most poker books are written by pros or those with years of experience of cash play, it’s safe to argue that none are written by self-confessed poker haters – until now.
Kim Isaac Greenblatt, a technical specialist, has written Practical Low and No Limit Texas Hold ‘Em Ring Games, in spite of the fact that she says she has no love for the game. The book’s aim she says, is to remind players that they should stick to the basics and not try and be too clever.
Where Greenblatt differs is in her tech speak approach, explaining how to calculate binomial distribution formula in order to predict how well you can do in future games.
