Neil Channing to co-host Irish Poker Awards

He's a great player, a fine raconteur and a former Irish Open winner and now Neil Channing will add to an already bulging CV by co-hosting the Irish Poker Awards which take place this Sunday.

The ceremony at Dublin's Regency Hotel forms part of BoylePoker.com's International Poker Open festival and will honour the great and the good of the Irish scene.


A specially selected committee of industry expects has chosen the list of nominations in a total of 13 categories with the public having the final say by voting at TheIrishPokerAwards.com.


“It’s great to have a former Irish Open Champion on board to host the awards. Neil has the respect of the poker communities on both side of the Irish Sea, so it’s a great fit,” said Bluff Europe head honcho and awards organiser Michael Caselli. “This is all about celebrating the sense of fun and humour that makes the Irish poker scene so unique, and there are few better examples of that than at Boyles IPO. We’re looking forward to a really fun event. ”
