The poker market in the Far East is definitely the current hotspot within the industry. With so many talented poker players having come from the likes of Vietnam and China, it is hardly surprising that the Asian Poker Tour has signed up three of the most talented young players on the tour today.

Nam Le, J.C. Tran, and Quinn Do have been brought in as ambassadors for the APT, with a mission to “spread the word about the APT worldwide,” according to the words of AsianLogic CEO Tom Hall.

Le, who picked up $475,358 for his win in the APPT High Rollers event was thrilled with the news. “I’m truly delighted to have won and so happy to have got my deal with the APT off to the best possible start. I’m looking forward to representing the Tour around the world. It wasn’t looking great for me in this tournament at one stage but I was always confident that I would bounce back.”

With J.C. Tran having been one of the most consistent MTT players in the last five years, and Quinn Do a well respected pro who picked up third in the High Rollers tournament, the signings seem to be a very astute piece of business by the men behind the Asian Poker Tour.
