NBC Heads Up Championships List Unveiled

The invites have been sent, and once again I have been overlooked.

asked along to compete in the fourth NBC Heads Up Championships
make a formidable list, with young phenoms meeting with poker gods.
There are also a couple of unknown quantities on their way to the
event, which takes place at Caesars Palace from 29th February - 2nd
March.
All players bar two qualifiers will buy in for $20,000 and play
for a first place prize of $500,000. Last year’s winner Paul
Wasicka will be back to defend his title, along with previous
winners Ted Forrest and Phil Hellmuth.
You don’t have to be a superstar of poker to get on board
though. A $540 satellite into the NHUPC will take place at Caesars
Palace on 17th February, with another player qualifying via an
online satellite on Full Tilt.
Although the list has now been released, NBC have stressed that
the majority have accepted, with some changes possible closer to
the start of the tournament depending on players’ schedules.
