As the ISPT reaches its conclusion at Wembley, organisers and ambassadors have taken time to offer their thoughts on the week's action at the home of football.

“After many years on the circuit applying in classic casino environments, players have responded so well to playing in such a venue, it provides an extra dimension and space to play in,” said ISPT ambassador and three-time WSOP bracelet winner Michael Mizrachi. “We have opened a new incredible space at Wembley dedicated to poker, a wonderful and unique experience that will stay in every player’s mind. And even if more players for this first event, ISPT reached his main goal, which was to become the first sport poker event in the world.”

ISPT CEO Prosper Masquelier added, “We are now focusing on the next step. We have already planned a more thorough timetable to allow a maximum of players to come from all over the world. I would like to thank all of our partners for their fantastic work and for believing in this great project. Let’s Wemplay Guys!”

So what's next for the ISPT? Sao Paulo and Prague appear to be next on the hit list. Read more from ISPT CEO Prosper Masquelier.
