The already crowded European tournament circuit has just got even more packed after MPN (Microgaming Poker Network) announced details of a new live series.
The opening event will take place at Aspers Casino in London from 29th May until 2nd June with further stops penciled in for Malta and Tallinn.Tour organisers are hoping to create a 'fun and friendly tour' and one with 'an emphasis on building a community amongs MPN players and operators'.Each mini festival will feature a deep stacked, €550 Main Event, complemented by some very affordable side action. Players in London can look forward to ‘The Mosh Pit Live’ (a rapid fire £50 rebuy event) and an Open Face Chinese Poker side contest.“We love London, and so do our players, so it’s a natural choice for the first stop,” says Shaun Barron, Director of HB Gaming, which operates Poker Heaven, the latest operator to join the MPN. “It’s an exciting destination with a lot to offer, and it will be a great way to kick off the tour!”Qualifiers are up and running at a host of MPN sites including StanJames.com, PokerHeaven.com and BetVictor.com.
