London Poker Circuit returns tomorrow
Thursday, 22 October 2009

The London Poker Circuit makes a welcome return to The Sportsman Casino in Marble Arch tomorrow in the form of its Friday Fifty event. As the name suggests, the buy in for the season opener is £50 + £15 but it’s possible to satellite in for just £8.

The qualifier takes place at 7pm tonight at the Kensington Close Hotel, Wrights Lane, London W8 5SP. The £8 buy in event has starting stacks of 4,000 chips and a 15-minute clock.

Organisers are getting the new series off to a flying start by boosting the prize pool for tomorrow’s opening tournament up to a guaranteed £5,000. The action kicks off at 7.30pm with stacks starting at 5,000 with a 30-minute clock. One rebuy and one add on will be allowed for the first three levels.
