The Canadian actress turned poker player outlasted a table that included Tom Dwan, Gustav Ekerot, Roland de Wolfe, Robert Sherwood, Josh Gould and Sammy George before beating Neil Channing heads up. The Unabomber had already sealed his place in tomorrow’s final by winning heat two.

They will join Jan Veit in the final. The German put an end to another Teddy Sheringham charge in heat four. The much-travelled striker had already knocked out Simon Craig, Johannes Nord Jorgensen and Scott Fischmann but ran into familiar trouble against a German in a head to head shoot out. Veit eventually sealed the win after calling Teddy’s 10-2 push with AJ. An ace on the river gave the German the win and the place in the final.

Heat five is well under way with Andrew Black, Paul Melo, Vladimir Geshkenbein and Bodo Sbrezny still in with a chance. Liam Flood, Andrew Feldman, John Magill and Richard Mackinnon have already hit the rail.
