Taking down the lion's share of a prize pool of £50,000 for winning three single table tournaments. Sounds simple doesn't it. And that's what one player will do at next month's UK Poker Shoot Out.

The £60 buy-in UK Poker Shoot Out takes place at the Kensington Close Hotel starting on 15th November and could feature a prize pool as high as £50,000. Up to 200 runners a day will play single table shoot outs on five opening flights (day 1a to 1e) starting on 15th November.


The winners of each STT (up to 20 from each flight, 100 in total) go through to day 2 on Saturday 20th with the ten Saturday winners going through to the grand final on Sunday 21st November. The top ten finishers will all make the money. For full details visit UK Poker Shoot Out.


The LPC's Super Stack tournament is just around the corner too. The field for the £165 buy-in event is capped at 200 with well over half that number already bought in. The two-day Super Stack takes place on Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st October with the prize pool an estimated £30,000. To get players in a party mood, LPC is hosting a special Halloween Party at the Kensington Close Hotel on Friday 29th October with lots of goodies on offer to those turning up in the best Halloween inspired costumes.
