Commerce Casino have just released the schedule for the 2011 LA Poker Classic and its looking bigger and better than ever. The series runs from January 19 all the way to the final table of the $10,000 WPT Championship event that concludes on March 3. It will feature 54 separate poker events.

“You can’t get much better than this,” said Tournament Director Matt Savage. “We’ve carefully crafted the 2011 LAPC schedule to provide great payouts, plenty of variety, exciting challenges, and structures the players will love. The LAPC has become one of the two MUST-attend series in the U.S. for players, attracting an international field of poker all-stars, yet still being appealing and affordable to Southern Californians.”

As well as the championship event there are a host of smaller buy-ins. A $335 rebuy boasts a $1m guarantee while several events with a buy-in of just a few hundred dollars have $50,000 and $100,000 guarantees. On the opposite end of the spectrum is a $25,000 High Roller event and a $5,000 eight-game championship.
