Jungleman heads-up challenge cancelled, replaced by cash game

Jungleman heads-up challenge cancelled, replaced by cash game

Monday, 5 December 2011

Funnily enough, no one decided to play arguably the best heads-up No Limit player in the world for €100,000 in Prague tomorrow. With no takers for the jungleman12 challenge, Daniel Cates will instead play in a live €50/€100 cash game.

Cates issued the challenge some weeks ago and recently it was beefed up to the unofficial World Heavyweight Championship of Poker – with a belt to win! This didn’t tempt anyone to take the six-figure gamble, however.

Also in the game will be Luke Schwartz and PLO specialist Alexander Petersen. The game will be streamed on a 15-minute delay via thepokerfarm.com. The minimum buy-in is €10,000.
