Online poker players looking for a chance to lead the race for the International Stadiums Poker Tour’s (ISPT) €1 million top prize are being invited to take part in Day 1D this Sunday at Poker770.
The much anticipated stadium portion of the ISPT might still be a few weeks away but this Sunday you’ll have a chance to get in on the ground floor and win your way to Wembley Stadium for just €300.Kicking off at 7pm London time, Poker770’s ISPT Day 1D will give players a total of 5,000 stating chips, 15-minute levels and opening blinds of 10/20.The online event will give plucky players a great chance to make it through to Day 2 at Wembley Stadium as ten percent of the field are due to survive the session. At present the overall chip leader for the ISPT after Day 1C is Nicolas ‘Pascal6874’ Cardyn with 136,593 chips. This stack is already enough to give the competitor well over 100 big blinds when the action kicks off on Day 2 and you as well could find yourself in a similar position after Sunday’s Day 1D.If you’re unable to afford the full €300 buy-in then there are a number of last minute satellites available. Failing that, two more Day 1s will take place on May 12 and 19 and you can still take part in a number of affordable qualifiers.
