UB.com pro Joe Sebok will be showing his daredevil side by abseiling down the Masquerade Tower at The Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas later today.
Sebok will be showing off his Fred Dibnah-esque skills in aid of the Nevada Special Olympics charity and considering the descent is 51 storeys you'd hope that vertigo wouldn't be an issue. Unfortunately for Sebok it appears that it is. The PokerRoad Radio host told Poker News Daily, “I’m actually scared of heights, so I am a little nervous, but it ends up being a no-brainer to come out and help people. I’m not going to sit out because I’m scared.” Sebok is no stranger to daredevil activities having previously done a parachute with a UB.com qualifier as part of the site's Pro Freeroll Challenge earlier this year. In all 100 people will be making the descent down the Rio raising $100,000 for the charity.Keep up to date with all the news from the poker world by following us on Twitter and Facebook.
