Jens Kerper wins GSOP Manchester for $81k

The Grand Series Of Poker (GSOP) Manchester saw 270 players from all over the world take part in an attempt to win the title.

However, in the end that honour fell to German player Jens Kerper after he defeated Norwegian Rolf Inge Kvanik heads-up after a speedy final table.


Britain was represented by Rob Sherwood and James Browning at the final table, which took place at Manchester United’s Old Trafford stadium.


Unfortunately, Browning left in ninth place and Sherwood shortly followed in eighth, leaving us with a guaranteed international winner. Kerper received $81,175 for his efforts.
