Jason Brown, an American player with less than $100,000 in prior tournament cashes, leads the field of 32 with 632,000 in chips – way ahead of second-place Simon Watt on 430,500.The prize pool for the event has also been declared – 263 players paying a $3,250 buy-in created a total prize pool of $789,000 – first place receives $209,085 of that. Payouts begin today at $5,523 with all nine at the final table guaranteed at least $14,202.
