Another day of action inside Jacksonville's bestbet casino saw Cong Pham lose his place at the top of the chip counts and fall by the wayside as 26 players became six. With the final table and its $252,749 top prize drawing ever closer as Day 3 gradually drew to a conclusion, a number of players began to feel the pressure.

Indeed, despite a solid performance in the lead up to the penultimate day, Pham was unable to utilise his chips to good effect and after a shaky start he eventually fell in 21st place after moving all-in with Tc 9h against Matthew Oswalt's Qc 9d.

That pot helped fuel a deep run for Oswalt; however, as the session unfolded, he found himself in trouble as the final table approached. Having made it through the masses and just one spot from the finale, Oswalt found himself needing a slice of luck after his all-in with Qd Td was met with a call from Margo Costa holding Ad Tc.

As the cards were flipped over Oswalt could be hearing muttering "Come on. Let's see that queen", however, as the board developed it seemed the dealer wasn't willing to listen. As the final card fell a blank board meant the end of the road and a consolation prize of $39,557 for Oswalt.

With that the final table was set and leading the way when the chip counts were in was Jared Jaffee. The circuit regular managed to bag up 3,650,000 chips which meant he'll start today's final table with almost 2 million more chips than his closest rival: Margo Costa (1,720,000).
