IveyPoker has become the latest site to go mobile following the launch of a new app for Android and Apple devices.
“Bringing Ivey Poker to mobile was the next logical step,” said Ivey. “Just like with poker, the app is ever-evolving. We want to offer as many platforms as possible to give everyone a chance to play.” The Beta version of IveyPoker was launched on Facebook in July and according to the site has 10,000 active users making use of its 'extensive training library'. “I remember how difficult it was when I first started playing online poker,” added Ivey. “There were very few options available. If you did not have a PC, you could not play. That is why we are striving to make Ivey Poker available to everyone.” Players at Ivey Poker have the opportunity to take on and learn from a range of top pros including the likes of Patrik Antonius and Jennifer Harman as well as UK stars Toby Lewis and John Eames. The new app is available to download via Google Play, Apple’s App Store or directly on Facebook. Ivey hit the headlines last week following developments in his long running battle with Crockfords Casino over a massive Punto Banco win earlier this year.
