Isildur1 plays swingy heads-up Omaha match, loses $30k

When Viktor Blom said he would take a break after winning the $100,000 PCA Super High Roller for over $1.25m, no one really believed him. He was found at the $50/$100 Omaha tables on PokerStars yesterday playing a multi-table heads-up match against Berndsen12.

Blom started out strong and quickly built up a $150,000 profit but over the course of a 5,000 hand match the swings became immense. After amassing six figures in the first 1,000 hands he dropped it all plus another $90,000 or so.

After this he ground his way back up to a $200k lead before the swings reared their head truly and for the next couple of thousand hands his lead swelled and dwindled from $250k to $50k before in the last 500 hands or so, Bernsden12 experienced a quarter-million dollar heater to end the match a $30k winner.
