Irish Poker Classic qualifiers announced

Qualifiers are up and running for the Irish Poker Classic Festival with Paddy power Poker, Boyle Poker, Ladbrokes and Betfair all offering packages. The €1,100 buy in Main Event takes place at the Macau Sporting Club in Cork from 10th to 16th August with the prize pool guaranteed at €100,000.

BoylePoker is hosting a $25+$2.50 (plus one rebuy and add on) feeder satellite at 9pm tonight and on 4th August. One $100 seat for their Irish Poker Classic super satellite on 6th August will be awarded for every $110 in the prize pool.


Paddy Power Poker's only remaining satellite is a $100+$10 buy in with a rebuy and add on at 9.30pm on Wednesday 5th August.


Ladbrokes is hosting its $88+$8 qualifier at 7.30pm on 3rd August with one seat guaranteed.


Betfair’s weekly $80+$8 qualifier runs on Wednesdays at 9pm. It’s possible to qualify for this satellite from just $2+$0.20 in daily feeders.


Live qualifiers will also be held at the Sporting Emporium in Dublin on 4th and 11th August at 8.30pm. Further live satellites are scheduled for Fitzwilliam Club, Emerald Casino, Clondalkin, JP Poker, Fortune Rooms, Goldclub, Atlantis Casino, Eglington Casino, Fitzpatricks Limerick, Olympus Waterford, and Cue Club Killarney.


As an added bonus, all players who register for the Irish Poker Classic Main Event will be automatically entered into Betfair’s Free Million Dollar Game freeroll. The winner of that will join 17 other players battling it out for $1m at the Betfair sponsored WSOP Europe.
