Irish Open structure amended

Thursday, 28 January 2010

PaddyPowerPoker.com has announced details of changes to the structure of the Main Event of this year’s Irish Open.

Two new levels have been added at 1,200/2,400 and 2,500/5,000, which should mean deeper play. Organisers have also announced that from level seven onwards, the clock will move from 60 to 75-minutes.

Spokesman for the company, Paddy Power, said, “The improvements made to the paddypowerpoker.com Irish Open structure allow us to offer players an even better playing experience in 2010. Additional blind levels and a longer clock should allow for bucket-loads of play; this is going to be the best Irish Open ever!”
