Ian Frazer is the final addition to Premier League line up

Friday, 12 February 2010

Ian Frazer is the last name to be added to the Party Poker Premier League that starts tomorrow. The so-called ‘King of the Six-Seater Shootouts’ lived up to his reputation by winning a play off contested by PartyPoker’s roster of pro players.

Frazer outlasted a field that included fellow Team Party members Bodo Sbrzesny, Remy Biechel, Felipe 'Mojave' Ramos, Poker Hall of Fame inductee Mike Sexton and special guest player Dragon Galic.

Frazer hasn’t had the most successful time of late but sounded bullish about his chances in this format. The 50-year-old building contractor said, “"I've really got a feeling I can win this and I am so delighted that I have made it into the MainEvent. I cannot express how hungry I am now. I didn't deserve an invite to the last Premier League and it is amazing to be back!"

Italian Giovanni Safina is also joining the field after winning PartyPoker’s online qualifying competition. The 44-year lawyer takes his seat in the $100,000 buy-in event after buying in for just €100.

The series gets underway tomorrow and Bluff Europe will of course keep you up to date with all the action.
