Howard Lederer Spotted Hall of Fame

Tuesday, 11 November 2014

He might be the scourge of the poker world in some people's eyes, but over the weekend, Howard Lederer decided to show his face in Las Vegas.

After spending the last few years in hiding, basically since Full Tilt was shut down by the DOJ, Lederer ventured out into the open on Sunday in order to watch the 2014 Hall of Fame ceremony.

There to watch Jack McClelland and Daniel Negreanu be given the magical key into poker's most prestigious figurative room, Lederer appeared to be in good spirits as he watched from his table.

Of course, Negreanu has had a number of run-ins with Lederer over the last few years and has been extremely outspoken when it comes to criticising the former Full Tilt boss. However, judging by Negreanu's Twitter feed, he wasn't too interested in whether Lederer was watching or not.

In fact, Negreanu decided to use his moment in the spotlight to comment on the future of the Hall of Fame. Suggesting some names he'd like to see inducted, the Canadian also said that more Europeans should be in the running for a place in the coming years.
