Hide Yourself on iPoker

Hide Yourself on iPoker

Friday, 5 April 2013

iPoker has recently updated its software and now boasts a selection of anonymous No Limit Hold’em tables.

At present not every room on the network has adopted the games and sources at iPoker have said that they have conducted a soft-launch of the product before they make it a network-wide change.

All anonymous tables will be housed in their own specific tab and will be marked with a mask icon so that players know their identity will be hidden whilst in action.

Currently on offer for players at rooms such as bet365 Poker and Titan Poker are 6-max and heads-up anonymous games at stakes ranging from $0.10/$0.20 to $100/$200. However, for the time being, full ring players will only be able to anonymous games from $0.10/$0.20 to $1/$2.

The main benefit for players who choose to sit at an anonymous table is that your hidden identity means various pieces of tracking software aren’t able to detect you. This means that any previous stats or notes someone has will be useless.

It’s not known exactly when every room on the network will be enabled but it’s expected to happen within the coming week.
