Gus Hansen has emerged the big winner from a game including Phil Ivey, John Juanda and Andrew Robl after multiple 24-hour sessions.

As of this weekend, the Great Dane was reportedly up HKD$30,000,000 (approx £2.5m).

Hansen detailed some hands in his blog including a huge pot where he beat out two players in a three-way pre-flop all-in holding aces as well as another he lost when despite spiking a jack on the turn with JJ v QQ, a rivered queen shipped the pot to his opponent.

Hansen will be flying to Australia for the Aussie Millions shortly; as the 2007 Aussie Millions champion he will compete in the 10th Anniversary Champion of Champions event for a 'golden ticket' to a lifetime of Aussie Millions buy-ins.
