The Genting Poker Big Game has established itself as one of the mainstays of the London live tournament scene attracting a host of top players and offering some serious prize money.
Those prizes are set to get even bigger this month as Monday's £1,000 tournament at the Genting Casino Cromwell Mint in South Kensington will, for the first time, be a re-entry affair. Players can qualify online exclusively with Genting Poker or through Live qualifiers in the cardroom and use these tickets to enter and re-enter the game which last month boasted a £50,000 prizepool. Joe Laming was January's champion, outlasting a top class field that included the likes of Luke '_fullflush_' Schwartz, Genting Pro Daiva Baurauskaite, assorted members of the Hendon Mob and darts champion Michael van Gerwen.Joe will be back to defend his title this Monday with the action starting at 7pm. The South Kensington cardroom has also revealed details of its first Monthly £400 Main Event on 16th February which will feature a Guaranteed Prizepool of £20,000.
