Gaming & Entertainment Ltd, a subsidiary of the Gaming & Entertainment Group, has joined forces with Electrocoin. Gaming & Entertainment are developers of central-server gaming systems as well as downloadable games. This new venture finds then developing a new range of video-based gaming systems which will embrace both Fixed odds betting terminals (FOBT), found in licensed betting offices, and the Amusement with prizes sector (AWP).
Electrocoin are set to manufacture and distribute the terminals while Gaming & Entertainment supply the software. The software will be able to be updated through the simple insertion of a CD allowing players the choice of the newest games. Profits, however, will be split between the two companies.
