GUKPT London final table set - Matt Moss retains lead

Sunday, 2 December 2012

Day 2 of the £2,500 GUKPT Grand Final Main Event ended as it began with Matt Moss in the chip lead. Moss closed the day with a stack of 857,000, almost 200,000 ahead of closest rival Jon Spinks, after busting Jan Sjavik with what proved to be the final hand of the day.

He'll face stiff competition for the £102,700 first prize though with plenty of class on show at today's final table of nine. Joining Moss and Spinks will be recent Bluff Europe interviewee Sam Grafton, Viktor Ilyukhin, George Hassabis, recent WSOPE Main Event finalist Chris Brammer, Sandeep Khosa, Omaha specialist Peter Charalambous and UK tournament veteran Dave Maudlin.
