GUKPT Summer Series Begins in Bolton

The GUKPT can trace its roots back to January 2007 when Praz Bansi defeated a near-200 field to win the very first GUKPT championship. Now the casino has been rebranded as the G Casino and hosts its inaugural summer series.

The festival kicked off with a £200 No-Limit Hold ‘em tournament and will conclude on Saturday with a £500 Main Event. Each tournament has a 150-man capacity and the winner will be entered into the £10,000 GUKPT Champion of Champions tournament.

The schedule is as follows:

Thursday 11th June - 8pm - £200 NL Hold'em Freezeout

Friday 12th June - 8pm - £300 NL Hold'em Freezeout

Saturday 13th June - 6pm - £500 NL Hold'em Main Event
