After a maiden trip to Cardiff last week where winner Dan Clark pocketed £9,500, the GUKPT 25/25 Series will set up shop at the Grosvenor Casino in Reading over the next few days.
Once again £25,000 is guaranteed but given how recent events have shaped up the prize pool could very well exceed that. The first of three opening flights is off at 7pm this evening followed by a second at the same time on Friday. The third and final day one starts at 4pm on Saturday.The £200+£20 buy-in will get players 25,000 chips and a shot at a very healthy score.The next leg of the GUKPT main tour is just a few weeks away now too. The week long-festival takes place at the Grosvenor Casino Bury New Road in Manchester from 8-15 March. Top of the bill is the £200,000 guaranteed Main Event which has two day one flights starting on Thursday 12 and Friday 13 March. Live qualifiers for the Main Event are up and running in Manchester in the build-up to the event.
