Full Tilt Spanish Poker Series heads to Malaga

The summer may have disappointed in the UK so far but there are opportunities to escape the rain and play some top quality poker. The Casino Torrequebrada in Malaga will host the second leg of the Full Tilt Spanish Poker Series from 14th to 18th August 2009. The €1,500 buy-in event has a guaranteed prize pool of €150,000.

The tour then heads to the Gran Casino in Barcelona from 2nd to 4th October with the €550,000 guaranteed Grand Final Main Event taking place at the Casino Gran Madrid from 2nd to 6th December.


The opening leg of the series was won by Spaniard Ruben Merino Velasco who took home €100,000 his biggest cash to date.


A $100+$9 satellite for the Malaga leg runs today at 7.15pm UK time on Full Tilt.


Full Tilt is also running a $200+$16 satellite this Sunday at 7.15pm UK time with packages worth $3,000 up for grabs in both.
