Fabian Quoss wins GUKPT Grand Final for £138,750

The heater of Triple Crown winner Jake Cody has continued in London, albeit not far enough to add another title to the EPT, WPT and WSOP wins he has racked up in the past two years. He came runner-up to Fabian Quoss in a short heads-up match ending in Quoss’s AQ holding against Cody’s KJ.

Quoss is no stranger to big final tables, having shipped the English Poker Open last year as well as finishing runner up for the $5,000 NL WSOP bracelet in 2009. He and Cody have clashed before; he bubbled the final table of the WPT London event Cody won in 2010.


Also at the final table was Irish Open champion James Mitchell, who finished in fifth. The final table payouts were as follows:
