European Poker Tour Award Nominees Announced

Next month will see Barcelona host the European Poker Tour Awards on what will be the eve of the new EPT Season. The ceremony will see the leading lights turn up and, well… pick up a trophy.

There’s a whole host of categories up for grabs, and you can even have your say by heading over to the EPT site to vote in the People's Choice Award, where you will decide who stood head and shoulders above the others in Season Four of the EPT.

The nominations are out, and Mike McDonald from Canada is a player who features highly on the lists. The young player certainly arrived in Europe with a bang after the man known online as ‘Timex’ proved he’s a handful on the live game circuit too, winning the EPT Dortmund at the age of 18. The lad’s barely out diapers and he’s already slapping those Scandinavians about. Good work, Young McDonald.
