EPT Grand Final to return to Monte Carlo

EPT Grand Final to return to Monte Carlo

Wednesday, 8 February 2012

The EPT Grand Final will return to Monte Carlo this year after a one-year hiatus to Madrid for 2011. Monaco will once again play host to the €10,000 season finale of the EPT, which will run from April 23 to May 1.

It has also been confirmed that a €100,000 Super High Roller event will take place, marking the biggest buy-in tournament to ever play out on European soil. With the usual contingent of big names and PokerStars Pros showing up for the EPTs, we can expect a decent field for this monster event.

Last year, Ivan Freitez-Rosales won the Main Event for €1,500,000 in Madrid. This year though the extra Spanish stop has been moved back to its original home.
