EPT Grand Final final table set

Monday, 30 April 2012

In a stellar example of how anyone can win a poker tournament, the €10,000 PokerStars European Poker Tour Grand Final has been reduced to a final table of eight with not one big poker name in sight. After a long day we have an average stack of 25 big blinds.

Leading the way on 4.9 million chips is Bernard Guigon, aged 64, way ahead of second-place Rodrigo Caprioli on 2.95m. Easily the most famous poker personality at the final is Canadian tournament player Mike Dietrich, who has 1.55m. We will see one record broken today with Lucilly Cailly becoming the first woman to appear at the final table of the EPT Grand Final.

Blinds are 50,000/100,000 when play begins with each player guaranteed €130,000 and the winner set to take home €1,500,000.

Bernard Guigon 4,900,000
Rodrigo Caprioli 2,945,000
Lucille Cailly 2,865,000
Daniel Gomez 2,665,000
Mohsin Charania 2,215,000
Michael Dietrich 1,550,000
Clayton Mozdzen 1,430,000
