The European Poker Tour heads to France this week for EPT Deauville with the €5,300 Main Event starting at lunchtime today.
This year's field will be hoping to follow in the footsteps of Jake Cody who started a spectacular year of British success by winning the 2010 event. The former Bluff Europe cover star outlasted a record-breaking field of 768 players and a stacked final table that included Peter Eastgate, Mike 'Timex' McDonald and ElkY to take home first prize of €847,000.As usual there will be a host of side tournaments alongside the Main Event including a €3,250 Heads Up and €10,300 high roller and a host of smaller buy in hold'em and PLO events.The full schedule can be found by clicking here.
