Doyle Brunson’s new blog sees Texas Dolly “not defending nor persecuting” anyone but talking extensively about Full Tilt Poker.
“It looks like Bitar, Ferguson and Lederer are taking all the heat. Ferguson had a lot of faith in his friend Bitar,” he wrote. “It is widely perceived that Howard Lederer was still heavily involved in running the company even though he retired two or three years earlier.“When someone I've known for years, trusted and respected looks me dead in the eye and says he didn't know about the financial problems, call me a big old Texas sucker because I will believe them,” he continued, stating that he had “been in contact” with Howard Lederer recently. In a reference to Daniel Negreanu’s latest blog, Doyle added that he does not want to “take a baseball bat” to any genitals and would not exclude the pair of WSOP bracelet-winners from rejoining the poker world. The poker community hasn't been shy in giving Doyle their thoughts on his latest blog. Dolly tweeted, "Opinions divided about 50-50. I'll write another one soon trying to clarify my thoughts."Read the full blog here.
