The two time WPT winner joins a star-studded line up that already includes defending champion JC Tran, Daniel Negreanu, Roland de Wolfe, Vanessa Rousso and the motor-mouthed trio of Phil Hellmuth, Luke Schwartz and Tony.


The former tennis-pro was bullish about his chances saying, “I'm delighted to be part of this world class field in this year's Premier League. In 2010 I'm looking to play lots of tournaments and to start it off with a victory in one of poker's most prestigious events is top of my list right now”.


Organisers are set to reveal the identity of one more big name participant later this week. The field will be completed with the winner of the Team PartyPoker play off and an online qualifier.


The $100,000 buy in takes place in Las Vegas from 12th to 18th February 2010.
