Daniel Ward leads International Poker Open

Saturday, 16 October 2010

As expected it was a frantic day in Dublin yesterday for the opening flight of Boylepoker's International Poker Open. At the close of play with the clock ticking past 2am only 55 of the 642 starters had made it through to day two.

It really is chip and a chair territory for short stack Manuel Mizzi though who will be returning for Day 2 with just 1,000.
