Daniel Tzvetkoff witness in Campos/Elie trial

Friday, 23 March 2012

Payment processor Chad Elie and banker John Campos are going to trial for their involvement in US online poker six days before the one year anniversary of Black Friday, on April 9th.

This week, the Australian Associated Press reported that Daniel Tzvetkoff will be a key witness in the trial, with much of the evidence for the prosecution coming from Tzvetkoff’s e-mail conversations with Elie and Campos.

Tzvetkoff is well-known in the online poker world after being arrested in Las Vegas back in 2010. His company, Intabill, allegedly processed over $1 billion in US online gaming transactions; he served as an informant rather than spend 75 years in jail and helped the DOJ build a case against the indicted poker sites.
