Coral to sponsor Late Night Poker

Friday, 22 July 2011

Late Night Poker may be an oldie as far as TV poker is concerned but it's still very much a goodie. The show will be returning to TV screens later this year, this time with a new sponsor.

UK bookmaker Coral is the new backer for the show that made the likes of Dave Ulliott and the Hendon Mob household names and will be offering four lucky players seats in this year's contest.

Three seats worth $10,000 apiece are up for grabs in a special $100+$10 qualifier at 8pm on 16th August 2011. Feeder satellites run every day starting from just $1+10c.

A further $10,000 seat will be awarded to the winner of the Coral Late Night Poker Leader Board which will run from 25th July until 15th August. In addition to the Late Night Poker seat Coral has sweetened the prize pool with $2,000 in cash for the 2nd to 10th place finishers in the Leader Board who will also earn a seat in in the $110 Online Qualifier.

John Duthie beat a star studded final table that included Ben Roberts, Matt Perrins, James Akenhead, Michael Binger, Scott Fischmann, Carlos Mortensen and Phil Ivey to last year's title and the $200,000 first prize.

If you think you've got what it takes to Duthie, Devilfish and co in the Late Night Poker Hall of Fame then qualify at Coral Poker with a 100% bonus up to $1,000. Sign up here.
