Christian Harder leads stacked WPT Foxwoods field into Day 5

Christian Harder leads stacked WPT Foxwoods field into Day 5

Monday, 31 October 2011

The field at the World Poker Finals at Foxwoods has been reduced to just eight players with online player Christian “charder30” Harder leading the way into what may be the shortest Day 5 ever – the remaining eight players are playing down to a six-handed final table.

For all but two of the players, tomorrow will be short but sweet. For the other two, it will just be short. The remaining field includes WPT champions Andy Frankenberger and Jonathan Little; the former is attempting to match his Season X Player of the Year performance while the latter is gunning for a third WPT title.

Also in the final eight is one Chris Klodnicki, who you may recognise from his $1.9m in tournament earnings. No matter what his result at Foxwoods today, he will top the $2m milestone in live cashes with his performance at the World Poker Finals. The winner of the event will be taking home $449,910.
