Chris Moorman builds a big stack on Day 2 of WPT Vienna

Friday, 13 April 2012

After Day 2 of the World Poker Tour Vienna just 66 players remain, with Morten Christensen of Denmark leading the field, having bagged up 483,000 chips. However, he has stiff competition coming up the rear.

Chris Moorman, almost inarguably the most successful online tournament player with over $8m in winnings, is well poised in second place with over 400,000. He, in turn, is followed by Tristan “cr8ive” Wade.

Other big names who made it through to Day 3 include Ben Wilinofsky, David Vamplew and Andre Akkari. Also, we must give a shout out to Roberto Romanello, who was up until 5am playing the PartyPoker Big Game but still managed to finish 19th at the end of Day 2.
