StoxPoker.com has confirmed that it is to merge with fellow instructional service CardRunners.com with both to offer special promotions until the end of the month to celebrate the move.
Stoxpoker.com will be maintained as separate entity and that, for a limited time, it had dropped its $99 activation fee for new members.
