Model Caprice has signed a deal with ParadisePoker.com to become the figurehead of a new multi-million pound UK marketing campaign by the company. ParadisePoker has been around for five years and, until now, has focused the majority of its marketing on players in the US. Sensing the time is right to tap the UK market, however, the company has enlisted the help of advertising company, Total Media, to co-ordinate its media planning and buying.
Total intend to work on a high-profile newspaper, magazine, outdoor and ambient campaign in order to raise brand profile in Britain. Caprice features on ninety-six-sheet posters as ParadisePoker.com’s ambassador.
Guy Sellers, joint managing director at Total, whose company beat off two unnamed rivals for the contract, said: 'It's great to be working with one of the world's leading online poker brands and helping them develop their UK business. Hot-housing growing companies is very much our core strength.”
A spokesman for Paradise Poker.com added: “We selected Total Media from the agencies we saw, because they presented a genuine understanding of our product, competitive pricing and unique enthusiasm for how to reach our target market.”
