Cake Poker offering Aussie Millions satellites

One major tournament ends, another begins. What a wonderful world we live in – made more wonderful by the fact that you can avoid paying a $10,000 AUD entry fee to the 2011 Aussie Millions and instead qualify on Cake Poker.

Cake is one of the more popular poker networks out there and this will only increase it – from October 1 they will be running regular satellites to the Main Event of the 2011 Aussie Millions championship in January. This year the Crown Casino in Melbourne will play host to 20 tournaments across more than two weeks, culminating in the $10,000 AUD buy-in Main Event which this year is predicted to surpass 1,000 entrants.

Cake Poker packages are worth $14,000 AUD and include the buy-in as well as flights, accommodation and $2,500 spending money – don’t blow it all on craps. What’s more, you can get yourself one of these packages for as little as $1.10 with satellites running daily from October 1 to October 19.

Cake Poker offer a first deposit bonus up to $600 as well, which is twice as many chances to enter a world class poker tournament in sunny Australia on the cheap. Watch out for snakes and spiders, though.
