Once established, the Isle of Man based company will handle deposits, withdrawals and all forms of fraud protection relating to these areas. Optimal are the company behind established brands such as NETeller, Net+ and NetBanx and will be looking to bring their considerable experience to what will be one of the first sites regulated online poker sites to lunch in the US.
