CSI does Poker

CSI does Poker

Thursday, 7 February 2013

The long-running Crime Scene Investigation TV franchise has witnessed all manner of grizzly murders so it was probably only a matter of time before it turned its attention to poker.

A forthcoming episode with feature former teen heartthrob David Cassidy as ageing poker player who turns to botox injections to hide his facial tells (yes, really). Casino bosses take a dim view of the wrinkle free poker player coining in it at felt, accuse him of cheating and demand the money back. Mr Coe refuses and, well you can guess the rest.

The episode is set to air in the US on 27th February 2013.

The CSI franchise has also been central to a mystery much closer to home. Online casino manufacturer Spielo G2, developer of the CSI slot, has staged it's own fake murder featuring a range of industry figures including our own Michael Caselli.
